The Knights Helping Knights Pantry operates as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a dedication to supporting UCF students. They provide essential necessities such as food, clothing, and personal hygiene items to ensure students' academic success and enhance retention rates. The Knights Pantry assists more than 100 students every weekday, from Monday to Friday! Over the last two years, we accomplished a significant feat by collecting 1,917 pounds of food, equivalent to 3,223 items, and raising over $7,750 in funds! This year, our objective is to secure a minimum of $15,000 in cash donations and to double the contributions of food, clothing, and hygiene items! For the upcoming event this year, we're thrilled to announce our renewed partnership with The Celeste Hotel as our venue collaborator! During the event, we'll have two bars open for beverage purchases, with 10% of the proceeds being donated to the Knights Helping Knights Pantry! Additionally, there will be engaging activities such as live music, cornhole, giant Jenga, giant Connect Four, silent auctions, raffles, and more!
