Start your loan application process by linking your bank accounts and uploading the necessary documents online. 3. UNDERWRITING
Upon receiving your information, our objective is to provide you with an underwriting decision within a time frame of 6 hours. We will look at your financial situation and if you qualify, we then do.
4. AN UNDERWRITTEN PRE-APPROVAL
In which time a fully underwritten pre-approval may help your offer get accepted. While many buyers’ offers fall through before closing due to late underwriting, we underwrite our pre-approvals to help make your offer more convincing to the seller and more competitive against other bidders.
